With compassion and empathy, I have helped many clients tap into their strength and overcome traumatic and adverse childhood and adult experiences such as abuse. 

It isn’t only traumatic and abusive experiences that bring people into therapy. I have supported clients working through life-changing events such as relationship breakdowns, work and career issues and life transitions such as pregnancy and motherhood.

Together we will tackle your suffering and challenges using  a wealth of experience and expertise. I will help you to navigate through difficult times and come out the other side with clarity and confidence.

My job as your therapist is to empower you to live the life you deserve, despite the trauma and abuse you have suffered.  You already have the strength and tools you need to feel better, therapy will simply help you tap into that strength.
