Cristalle Hayes, Online Psychotherapist
Cristalle is a professional psychotherapist with a wealth of experience in different issues and their causes. She qualified as a therapist after a 5 year course from Regents University and draws from her diverse talents during her therapy sessions to help her clients.
Originally working as a teacher in secondary schools and within the music industry, she has gone on to become a published writer and professional psychotherapist with two practices in London. She has worked in private practice, NHS, charities and academic institutions as well as being a speciality therapist for music industry professionals.
She has a particular interest, and extensive experience in, working with adults who grew up with toxic, alcoholic, addicted, abusive, narcissistic, and/or absent parenting, as well as clients from a divorced background.
More recently she has been helping clients going through mid-life crisis’s and those struggling with hitting a new chapter in their lives, whether it’s still being single and without children, not being where you had hoped in your career or just feeling unfulfilled in your life.
